I've done a lot of inking work as of now. As you can see I've improved . My lines are more clean and smooth since my hands don't twitch as much anymore! Alos I go back over every line to make sure it's smooth with my finest pen.
Ok, this is a work in progress for a looooong overdue trade with ~shiroiwolf. She had already made her part of the trade almost two years ago...or was it just one...she what happens when I procrastinate? All hell breaks loose in my little head. ANYWAY better late then never. Here's her part of the trade [link] When i saw this, I just had to restart my last one, since there were a lot of foul-ups on it. She drew Kate for me, now I'm drawing her favorite Arwing piloting heroine all time :3 Krystal!
I had some trouble thinking of what to put in the top frame, since there is a forest being displayed in the bottom one...I was thinking a castle on the top one....but I'm bad with architecture...but I'm kind-of good at drawing planets :3 So I'll color in a planet. I know the frames look a little crooked...the picture itself was crooked when it was scanned - it is still in the sketch book and the rings make it pretty hard to put the image in the right place.
Tonight I'll be looking up some color references and start on it's completion tonight!
Since this was a trade, I had to put a lot of care, time, and detail into this. It had came out nicely, but there were things that could have gone better. Thanks for the comment. Much appreciated.
Keep up the good work, Kyle.
